At Güzel, we want you to love your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following conditions.
Returns
We have a 5 to 7 day return policy, which means you have 5 to 7 days after receiving your order to request a return if the item has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
* Unworn and unused
* In the same condition you received it
* With original tags attached
* In its original packaging
* Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Exchanges

If the exchange is approved due to a defect or an error on our side, we will arrange the exchange accordingly.

Refunds
