We currently ship within Egypt only.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Delivery delays may happen due to courier services, holidays, or unexpected circumstances.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Once the order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer upon delivery.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns within 5 to 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
* Item must be unused
* Item must be in original condition
* Item must have original packaging and tags
For hygiene reasons, swimwear that has been worn, washed, or damaged cannot be returned.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on payment method.
